The milk frother can prepare warm and cold milk foam for cappuccinos and heat warm milk for lattes. It can hold up to 125 ml for foam and 250 ml for warm milk. There are maximum and minimum level indicators for both functions. Milk is heated to a temperature between 140°F and 160°F. The foam may be cooler. To make warm drinks, press the ON/OFF button once. Press and hold for 3 seconds to make cold drinks. Milk must have at least 3 grams of protein and no added flavoring. It should not be ultra-pasteurized. The stainless steel exterior has vacuum insulation. The base is detachable and comes with a cleaning brush. The product is for use with 120V North American Electrical Standards.
